Second: Call 1-800-843-6664 & tell them you are with the 2012 ISB Reunion. Reservations must be made on or before the cut off date. to get the gropu rate of $119.00 per night double occupancy. All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.

The confirmed Guestroom rates will be available to our Group three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the meeting dates (August 2-5, 2012) based on availability at the reunion rate.

CUT-OFF DATE:
The Cut-Off Date for accepting reservations into our room block is June 29, 2012 or when the Omni becomes SOLD OUT – which ever occurs first. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut-Off Date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis - you can be sure it will be more than our Reunion Rate. The Omni Hotel reserves the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the room block after June 29, 2012.
RESERVATION METHOD:
Individual Call-In:
The Omni Hotel understands that all reservations will be made, modified or canceled by individuals by calling Omni Reservations at 1-800-843-6664 and, referring to the group name – "2012 ISB Reunion."
Reservations must be made on or before the cut off date. All group attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME:
The Omni check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests with late departure times on their departure day.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.

PARKING:
There is no charge for both self and valet parking.
