With your donation to the ISB Network Foundation, Inc., you can make a real and significant difference in the lives of Thai orphans and support ongoing education and outreach efforts to the community surrounding the R35 King's School in BangSak. Our Alma mater, The International School Bangkok, has formed the After the Wave: ISB Tsunami Relief Network in response to the devastation caused by the tsunami that struck the coast of Thailand on December 26, 2004.

Your ISB Network Foundation joined with the International School Bangkok in their effort and will forward 100% of your donations directly to the ISB Tsunami Relief Network.

The ISB Tsunami Relief Network aims to make a significant difference in the lives of the poorest children who were tsunami victims in Thailand. The ISB Tsunami Relief Network includes friends, alumni, parents, schools and organizations from around the world, and offers the unique advantage that ALL donations will go directly to relief for those most in need.

Specifically, the ISB Tsunami Relief Network has selected the Bang Sak school community in the Khao Lak area in the Phang Nga province. The Bang Sak community suffered severe damage: the school buildings were destroyed, a number of children and parents died, and many more were left homeless.

As its first priority, the ISB Tsunami Relief Network will undertake to rebuild the school (now complete), with other needs such as a library, computer lab, science lab, English language labs, instructional materials and equipment, and student scholarships to follow.
This will be a massive undertaking and will continue on long after the media attention has moved on. Your ISB Network Foundation, together with our alma mater and the ISB Tsunami Relief Network, will continue providing our support until the work is done.
