Who can join the ISB Network Foundation?

Anyone who attended the International School of Bangkok, Elementary, Intermediate, or High School from 1951 to present is eligible. Graduation from ISB is not a requirement.

Membership in the ISB Network Foundation does have its rewards, and the cost is minimal. GOOD NEWS! All memberships ($40 for 2 years) are tax deductible on or after April 25, 2003!
 
As a non-profit association, we rely heavily on membership dues to help keep this ISB Alumni association going.

These fees are used to:

1. Produce the ISB Network online newsletter/communications.
2. Pay the postage required for mailings.
3. Maintain an Internet presence & alumni database.
4. Incidentals related to business activities.
5. Fund "ISB Network Cares" Scholarship.

No board member or alumni profits in any way through the ISB Network. Every position on the Board is a voluntary position. Board members are expressly prohibited from deriving any personal financial benefit or gain from the ISB Network or ISB Network Foundation.

Board members from time-to-time submit reimbursement expense reports for ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the Network or Foundation. Members are required to get prior approval from the treasurer and an Officer before incurring any expense on behalf of the Network or Foundation.

The Board complies with the public disclosure requirements established by the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Department of Treasury, as provided in IRC Reg. Sections 301.6104(d)-1 through 301.6104(d)-3.
